Reward

Offer Selection

Give the right offer to the right user.

The offer-selection layer sits before the rules engine and is passthrough by default — existing flows are unaffected until a strategy is activated. Strategy switches are experiment-gated: no direct full-rollout without a control group. Propensity scoring and incrementality logic suppress offers for high-intent users who would convert without an incentive.

Core Capabilities

Passthrough Zero-Impact Default

Unconfigured offer-selection slots pass through with zero latency overhead — all campaigns enter the rules engine unchanged until a strategy is activated.

Incrementality Suppression

High-propensity users — recently active, high value, low churn risk — are suppressed from receiving offers. Every suppression is logged with the feature snapshot and reason for auditability.

Explainable Selection

Each offer-selection execution writes the input feature snapshot and selection result to the decision log — operators can replay "why this user got or did not get this offer" and export data for model training.
